Stop being DUMB!

This what I feel like saying to everyone that thinks the new plan to "Public-Private Investment Program". You got played big time America. It was so easy too, you don't even realize it.

Step:1- Distract the people with a big rally giving false hope
Step 2: Distract the angry people with the "AIG BONUSES" problem
Step 3: Wait for the weekend
Step 4: Announce plan over the weekend and pump up futures
Step 5: F-The country without any input from the public
Step 6: PROFIT

Please just read the plan. Think for yourself about it. Here are clips of it.

"First, they will use government resources in the form of capital from the Treasury, and financing from the FDIC and Federal Reserve, to mobilize capital from private investors. Second, the Public-Private Investment Program will ensure that private-sector participants share the risks alongside the taxpayer, and that the taxpayer shares in the profits from these investments. These funds will be open to investors of all types, such as pension funds, so that a broad range of Americans can participate.

Third, private-sector purchasers will establish the value of the loans and securities purchased under the program, which will protect the government from overpaying for these assets." (WSJ)

Here is my favorite line:

"Our approach shares risk with the private sector, efficiently leverages taxpayer dollars, and deploys private-sector competition to determine market prices for currently illiquid assets."

From my experiences I had working with Public-Private partnerships. They don't work, eventually the private side wants to take all the profits and let the public side handle all the operations and bare most of the cost.
and PEOPLE!!!!! STOP!!! ABOUT THE PROFITS!!!!!!!! That these assets are going to yield. We have spent TRILLIONS! to fix this problem. That would mean these assets would have to provide profits of TRILLIONS!! to even be profitable.
Enough is enough. Get your head out of your asses, write your congressman, take to the streets. The country is being robbed, raped and forced to pay the attackers for doing it.
