Dollar Bull Flag?

Is the dollar forming a bull flag? The dollar has decline since its high of 82 on 6/8. It has found a channel down possibly forming a bull flag if it was to break out of its downtrend it be a nice 4point move for /DX. It also put pressure on commodities and the market. Watch out for this pattern.
