But as of 8:28am the dollar looks like it may be forming a bottom.
The dollar is nearing support at 76.23 but still is not there. /DX can remain at this level or climb higher throughout the day it would form a strong bottoming hammer candle. After a week decline of heavy selling this hammer candle could represent a bottom for the dollar. (snap shot was taken at 8:28EST). It has climbed off it's lows and is staying above them right now. Keep your eye on this if it breaks down past the LOD, 76.23 and lower is not out of the question.
Look at the MACD divergence though on /DX, while DX has been making new lows MACD has not, something to take notice of.
